Whatever the question you have, there is every chance that we have had it asked before.  For that reason, you can see below a few of the most common questions regarding our gas boiler and central heating system installations…

General Questions

Yes!  Our online quote tool is accurate based on the answers you give.  If we are not quite sure about something we will ask for your telephone number and give you a call back to discuss.

Whilst pictures of your home and boiler site will be useful, all systems are surveyed by a qualified engineer prior to installation so we do not always need pictures to be uploaded

Yes an engineer will visit prior to install to make sure the install can go ahead and answer any questions you may have

Yes, you can change your order up until  48 hours before your installation date.  We will also visit your property and conduct a full survey prior to any installation to ensure your system can be installed safely.

Installation Questions

Providing your existing radiators are in good condition with no signs of rust then they should be fine.

New boilers are all more efficient than older boilers so with the correct controls and thermostatic valves then yes.

No with a combi you no longer need your tanks and cylinder.

Yes all boilers should be serviced annually for your warranty and safety

Yes all installs will be flushed out with a Magnacleanse and chemical flush then refilled will fresh clean water and inhibitor added. You will also have a magnetic filter fitted to your system to prolong the life of the system and boiler

Get a Gas Boiler installation from fully Gas Safe Certified Engineers...

All of our engineers are fully qualified and certified by Gas Safe.  This isn’t (just) our bragging, but it is UK Law.  If any engineer does not produce a Gas Safe ID card with a number you can check, you should call Gas Safe on 0800 408 5500.
